Waiting period in Tata car [April 2022]

Here, we have listed the official waiting time for this month (April 2022) for all Tata passenger vehicles for sale in the Indian market.

Tata Motors is enjoying a lot of success in the Indian market these days. The domestic carmaker has seen an increase in demand for its passenger vehicles and thanks to this, a few cars in its range now have a long wait time.

The Tata Tiago has a waiting period of 14 to 16 weeks for the manual petrol variant. The waiting time for the hatchback’s AMT petrol variant is longer, about 18 to 20 weeks. The waiting period for Tiago’s i-CNG variant is 14 to 16 weeks.

For the Tata Tigor, the waiting time for the petrol variant is 12 to 14 weeks, and for the electric version – the Tigor EV the waiting time is much shorter, about 4 to 6 weeks. For the CNG version – Tiger I-CNG – about 14 to 16 weeks of waiting until delivery, excluding the XE trim, which demands much more official waiting time (40 to 42 weeks).

The waiting period is 12 to 14 weeks for the manual variant of the Tata Punch and 16 to 18 weeks for the AMT variant. The waiting time for the base ‘pure’ trim of a micro-SUV is about 32 to 40 weeks. Like the Tata Altroz, the official waiting period is 6 to 8 weeks for the petrol variant and 4 to 6 weeks for the diesel variant.

Buyers will have to wait about 16 to 18 weeks to buy the Tata Nexon EV. For the ICE version of the SUV, the wait until delivery is very varied – 12 to 14 weeks for the petrol MT variant, 8 to 10 weeks for the diesel MT variant and 18 to 20 weeks for all AMT variants. The waiting period in Nexon’s Dark Range is much longer, about 28 to 32 weeks.

Tata Harrier has a wait time of about 8 to 10 weeks this month, which is not too long in comparison. The carmaker’s flagship model – for Safari – currently has a waiting period of about 6 to 8 weeks.
