Check out the Sultan 650, a Delhi-based Niv motorcycle, a custom bike based on a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.
Royal Enfield motorcycles are a popular choice for custom motorcycle projects. They have very strong aftermarket support in India, which makes it easy to tinker with them. We’ve seen lots of customized RE motorcycles over the years, some with beautiful machines, and here, we have another example.
Here, we have a modified Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 designed by Delhi-based Nive motorcycle. Project ‘Sultan 650’, this custom motorcycle has a big change compared to the stock model. The first thing to notice here is the gray color scheme, which blends well with the black-out engine assembly, exhaust pipe, frame, etc. Wheel covers are the next thing to grab our attention!
We see the ‘Sultan’ branding on the front wheel cover, which is great to look at, and the front fender is a custom unit. The motorcycle has an inverted-down fork on the front, with an aftermarket LED headlight. We also see custom-built clip-on handlebars here, when the instrument cluster is moved to the right of the fuel tank, which is placed just above the exhaust pipe.
The fuel tank gets a custom brace and the fuel filler cap gets a chrome and piano black finish. The bike also gets a custom-built two-in-one exhaust system, with both pipes running to the right, in the Acropovic exhaust can. A chunky sump guard has also been added, with a large bash plate in front of it to protect the engine if the motorcycle is removed from the road.
The side panels are also new, they have sporty air vents and we also see a small rear fender here, with a small aftermarket taillight. The frame of the motorcycle has been shortened from the tail end and a cafe racer-style single-piece seat has been placed here. We also see aftermarket turn indicators here, which have fake-style covers.
The rear shock absorbers still have gold-finished canisters, which is in stark contrast to the rest of the gray and black color theme of this custom motorcycle. According to Neev Motorcycles, this bike is mostly hand-made, which is quite impressive, and even proudly advertised in the fuel tank.
