2022 Maruti Brezza CNG has a redesigned front fascia with a new interior and performance modification and a heavily updated back
As part of its new product attack, Maruti Suzuki will probably launch the facelifted Vitara Breza, which could be called Breza, in June 2022. The compact SUV has been on sale in the local market since the beginning of 2016 and is currently one of the top sellers for one of the largest car manufacturers in the country. The model will be heavily updated in response to increasing competition.
The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza will have a thoroughly overhauled design and interior as well as a host of new features. It will continue to sit on the Global C platform but with structural updates courtesy of the use of strong steel to improve build quality – keep in mind that the five-seater SUV already has a Global NCAP safety rating of four stars.
Exterior features redesigned front grille, sharp LED headlamps, flatter bonnet structure, redesigned dual-tone 16-inch alloy wheels, new LED daytime running lights, redesigned LED tail lamps, twisted tailgate, updated front and rear. Etc. Among the many changes and new body panels, the essence of the long-column sub-four-meter SUV has been retained.
The interior will have several similarities with the heavily updated 2022 Baleno, including the presence of a redesigned dashboard and center console. The list of devices will also be significantly upgraded as the main highlights are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connection and a floating nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with a head-up display.
It will be borrowed with a sunroof, 360-degree camera system, in-car Connect Tech, SmartPlay Pro + software, use of more premium surface materials and trim, new dials for instrument consoles, a new flat-bottom steering wheel. Swift, six airbags in top-end variants, heel hold function in AT, cruise control, etc.
For performance, a 1.5-liter four-cylinder K15C petrol engine with advanced light-hybrid technology can be used. It is expected to be paired with a six-speed torque converter AT with a five-speed manual transmission or pedal shifter. The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza may be the first compact SUV to be offered with the CNG fuel option and only five-speed MT can be offered with it.
